Yuanzhe Zhou (周源哲)


My primary research interests are computational modeling of RNA-targeted drug discovery. My recent projects are focused on developing data-driven machine learning and optimization algorithms to elucidate complex relationships between upon ligand binding. I obtained my Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Missouri - Columbia in 2021 under the supervision of Prof. Shi-Jie Chen and worked as a postdoctoral fellow in Prof. Shi-Jie Chen's lab until June 2025.
